writing

I have been a quiet writer for some years now; long-form, essays, notes and poetry spread across books, scraps of paper, phone notes, and word documents never to meet the eyes of anyone else. Sharing my writing feels vulnerable, so I see that as an invitation; as I take to sharing my writing practice more seriously, this space acts as a safe nook to share my projects and thoughts, musings and poems as a creative outlet.

Returning

POETRY

Returning is a small collection of poetry and streams of consciousness on trauma, healing and hope.

A sincere invitation to my innermost world, these poems offer a candid window to share in the past four years of my healing journey through my Saturn return – an astrological transit which occurs roughly every 29 years, as saturn returns to the position in the sky it held when you were born – and the subsequent processing, reconciliation and reclamation of my narrative – of myself - as I align with my highest potential, and begin to intertwine my story with that of the land, sea and sky.

Publishing 2025 - more information will be provided soon

Templates for nourishment

MONTHLY CHAPTERS

I have spent - and continue to spend - a great deal of effort exploring and refining how I nourish myself to heal from chronic illness and C-PTSD, and my daily lifestyle to live more sustainably, for both myself and the planet - from therapies, diet, consumerism and cleaning - and it is something I am deeply passionate about sharing.

TFN is a workable collection of ideas, swaps and templates to offer gentle support towards whole-life nourishment, which is kinder for both people and the planet. Each month I will be publishing (at least) one piece of writing - whether a note, poem or a chapter of a larger body of work - which seeks to offer practical wisdom for you take take and implement in a way which suits you - a template to build upon.

I intend for this to offer gentle guidance for understanding how to live in a healthier way, so we may actually thrive, not just survive our time on earth.

The first collection Small Steps launches April 2025
