By booking and paying for any one:one session with Jasmine Kate Wickens - hereby referred to as Jasmine - you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Jasmine makes no representation, expressed or implied, as to the exact information, content, materials, or services offered by her in one:one sessions. By booking a one:one session you explicitly acknowledge that all sessions are unique to cater to the individual, and any advice arising therefrom is provided and intended for the sole purpose of guidence and support, and Jasmine holds no responsibility or liability for your choices and actions in or out of the session. Further to that, as the client, you hold full responsibility and liability for your choices and actions in and out of the session.

You have the right to disagree with any guidence and support received, and do not need to do anything in the session, or following the session, which you do not want to do. Jasmine expects that you will trust your own wisdom, and involve yourself in the session. 

A one:one session with Jasmine does not include

• hands on healing - Reiki, Theta or otherwise

• professional mental health advice or medical advice

• reading or diagnosing of pregnancy

• reading or diagnosing of health conditions or disability, or finding cures for health conditions or disability

• predicting exact dates of events, for example death or marriage

• predicting future events

• reading about any persons younger than 18 years old, including if you are the parent or legal guardian of the person in question

• readings about anyone which is not the client

• solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons

• questions related to dark energies or dark magic

Policies

1. Payment: All one:one sessions are to be paid in full upon receipt of invoice to secure your booking, unless clearly discussed and stated otherwise by Jasmine. If you have not paid for your session, your session is not secured, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Jasmine. Payment can be accepted directly through Squarespace or arranged via bank transfer or PayPal. If the session is booked over a week in advance, Jasmine offers a 48-hour grace period for you to pay your invoice before your choosen time slot can be allocated to another client. If the session is booked the week of, there is a 24-hour grace period up until 48 hours prior to the session. Sessions booked under 48 hours from scheduled time are required to pay upfront to secure their time slot.

Jasmine reserves the right to alter prices, including offering discounts to clients. Once your invoice has been fully paid for, you will not be required to pay more for your booked session, even if the price rises before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment already paid for, you will not be required to pay more (see below for rescheduling). 

2. Lateness, cancellation and no-shows: 48-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions. If you do not give Jasmine this advance notice, your payment for the session will be forfeited. Jasmine has put this time aside for you, and if you do not show up or contact her, she cannot make that time available for another client. Please make sure you take the time to email or text Jasmine if you need to reschedule. Jasmine allows sessions to be rescheduled twice before the session is forfeit. If you are going to be late on the day, please text Jasmine to alert her. If you late, you will forfeit any time lost, your session will finish at the scheduled time, unless clearly stated by Jasmine. Lateness effects your session. Jasmine offers a 20-minute grace period before you’re classed as a no show, as there is not enough time to complete the session. No shows will not be allowed to reschedule a session, will forfeit their payment and may not be able to work with Jasmine in the future.

2a. Jasmine allows grace and adjustment for health conditions and disabilities which may cause last minute disruption to sessions. If you are aware of any health conditions or disabilities which may cause you to reschedule, please let Jasmine know when booking.  If you do not give this information to Jasmine prior to the need to reschedule, then Jasmine reserves the right to discount said information. Jasmine allows those within this clause to reschedule up to 4 hours before a session, and offers this two times before a session is forfeit. Jasmine holds discretion here and will make allowances beyond this when deemed fit. Health conditions and disabilities do not alter the policy on no shows, though Jasmine may use discretion here. Health conditions and disabilities do not alter the policy on lateness - please plan to ensure you get to your session on time. Sessions can be moved online if this is supportive and workable.

2b. Jasmine herself lives with health conditions and disabilities which affect her ability to work. If Jasmine is unable to work, she will need to reschedule your session. If Jasmine needs to reschedule more than two times in a row she offers you the right to a refund. If Jasmine is debilitated for an extended amount of time, and does not know when she will be fit to work, she will offer you a refund automatically. If Jasmine chooses not to work with you for her own reasoning prior to the session starting she will offer you a full refund.

3. Jasmine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive or disrespectful toward her in any way. Jasmine reserves the right to choose not to work with a client, if she should feel it was not of benefit for either party. Jasmine reserves the right to end a session early if the client is not respecting her, or is trying to obtain something that the session does not include (as stated above), and a refund will not be given. 

4. Jasmine does not offer refunds for her services - for any reason that is not explicitly mentioned in these terms - which includes but is not limited to: disliking any guidence or advice offered, not liking how Jasmine communicates, no shows, changing your mind. Please take time to research and consider booking your session by spending some time exploring all of the information provided on www.jasminekatewickens.co.uk, including journal articles and client reviews. Jasmine offers a free 20-minute consultation when working with new clients to manage expectations and check if the session, and Jasmine as a service provider, is a good match.  Jasmine expects that clients who wish to work with her take the session seriously and are willing to put effort into the session. Jasmine reserves the right to cancel all sessions, any sessions Jasmine cancels before they start will receive a full refund automatically.

5. Jasmine is not a trained mental health worker, counsellor or clinician. Jasmine does have both personal lived experience and professional experience within a mental health support context. Jasmine is currently studying tarot reading with a certified psychotherapist and counsellor, and continues to engage in study, workshops and training around supporting others. If you are in need of specialist or crisis support, please contact your GP, The Samaritans or 999 as needed. 

6. Jasmine does not take text messages or calls outside of the context of confirming appointments, pre-existing appointments and on the day lateness. All other enquires must go through email at jasminekatewickenshealing@gmail.com. Jasmine retains the right to block any numbers which do not respect that.

5. Services Agreement: You are paying for a “Service”, not “Goods”. You’re not paying for a product. You’re paying for Jasmine’s knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and time. You’re paying her to set aside her life, make time in her schedule and dedicate her headspace entirely to you for the duration of your session. When you book a session, you are receiving from Jasmine a unique and thoughtful service.
